(circle from the inside out) to dry

1. Insert the vein at an angle of 30 degrees


and the needle hole is facing up
2. Perform aspiration and make sure the blood
enters the syringe draw blood as needed
3. Open the tourniquet
4. Enter the blood slowly
5. Removing the syringe while pressing the
puncture area with a cotton swab
6. Cover the puncture area with a ''wound
plaster''
