The Fox and the Grapes

One day, a fox was

running along a dusty
road.
He was hot and thirsty.
Soon he saw some
grapes hanging on a
vine in a garden nearby.
“How I wish I
could get some of
those grape!” said
the fox.
He jumped again
and again but he
still could not get
them.”
At last he had to
give up.
“ I do not like sour
grapes!”
We sometimes
pretend that the
things we can’t
have are not good!
