Customer typically go through five stages when making buying
decisions:
 Identification of need or problem
 search for information or level of involvement
 identification and evaluation of alternatives
 purchase decision
 post-purchase behavior

 THE COST OF ATTRACTING A NEW CUSTOMER IS
