NESTUM YOGURT

PANCAKE
INGREDIENTS
A
150 gm Sifted plain flour
½ cup NESTUM® Original
Cereal B
2 tablespoons Caster sugar 1 Egg, lightly beaten
3 teaspoons Baking powder 150 ml Water
100 gm plain yogurt
DIRECTIONS 1 teaspoon Cooking oil
½ teaspoon Vanilla
1 Mix ingredients (A) into a essence
bowl, gradually stir in 1 teaspoon Strawberry jam
ingredients (B).
2 Stir well until mixture
form a smooth and thick
batter.
3 Heat a non-stick frying
pan and spoon 1 tablespoon
batter into the pan.
4 Spoon a teaspoon of
strawberry jam in the centre
of batter and cover with
another tablespoon of
batter.
5 Cook over low heat until
bubbles rise and burst. Turn
and cook on the other side.
