This option is used to apply template slide
designing formatting to every slide which you
are going to make.

required presentation or slide we can
add contents as required normally this
command is must be used for self
design and different formatting and
animation .

set the Default layout and formatting

slides.
2)Handoout Master:-
Display the handout master , on which
you can add or change header and
footer information that you want to
appear on every handout.
3)Notes Master:-
Display the notes master on which you can
modify the layout and formatting of your notes
page.
Color/Grayscale
1) color:-show the Presentation in color.
2)grayscale:- Show the Presentation in back and
white. The appreance of object on your slide
depend on the option.
3) Pure Black and White:-Shows Most objects in the
Presentation in either black or white the the
appreance of object on your slide depend on the
option you select on the Grayscale short cut menu
under setting
 Slide show
1)View show:-Runs your slide show beginning
with the current slide if you are in slide view
or the selected slide if your are in slide sorter
view. Shortcut key(F5)
2) Set up show :-sets option for running your
slide show including the types of
presentation you are making which slides to
include, weather to include, sound and
animation effect the annotation pen color
and how you want to advance the slide.
3)Rehearse timing:- Runs Your Slide show in
Rehearse mode in which we can set or
change the timing of your Slide show.
4)Record Narration:-Add Voice narration to
your slide show a sound icon appear lower
right corner of each slide that has narration .
Your computer needs a sound card and a
microphone.
5)Action Buttons:-This option is used to
navigate to the slides Example, Next,
Previous, First , Last etc.
6)Action Setting:-Assigns an action to the
selected object or action Buttons that runs
when you point to or click the object to the
mouse.
7)Animation Schemes:- Add or changes
animation effects on the current slides.
Animation effects includes sounds. Text and
objects movements and movie that occur
during a slide show.
