QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be a Registered Nurse

• WITH or WITHOUT work experience
• Must be willing to be assigned EITHER in a nursing home or hospital
(depending on the availability of the position by the time they pass the
language training)
• Must be willing to study the German language for 8 months
• Classes are conducted 4 hours per day; 5 days per week (M-F)
• Class schedules as of now: 2pm and 6pm; morning class might be open soon but
not 100% sure
• B1 examination after the training (on-site)
• B2 examination will be done in Germany (NOTE: To be an RN, B2 is required)
 QUALIFICATIONS
• NO age limit
• PROCESSING TIME is minimum of 1 year (8 months for language training; 4 months
for recognition processing & visa processing)
• ONLINE Learning – nurse must have good internet connection (broadband) and a
device (PC/ laptop or tablet only; no mobile phones; if no gadget, C&C can lend a
tablet to be returned after the course)
• NO PLACEMENT FEE, NO PROCESSING FEE, NO SALARY DEDUCTION
• However, there will be PENALTIES if candidate does not finish the language training or
does not finish contract (computed @actual cost of investment)
• Nurse will be given $25/ month food allowance during the language training
• Nurse will pay for securing his documents including embassy authentication (~PhP
1,500) and translation (~EUR 250 but this is only paid once they are in Germany)
COMPENSATION PACKAGE
• Starting position is Assistant Nurse
• Will undergo bridging program in Germany
• ~2 months language training (upgrade to B2) + B2 exam
• ~3 months theoretical class
• OJT depending on deficit (can range from 1-5 months)
• Starting salary ~EUR 1,700 gross
• Nurses to undergo oral examination after bridging program so the
position will be upgraded to Registered Nurse
COMPENSATION PACKAGE
• Registered Nurse
• Salary is upgraded to ~EUR 2,300 – 2,500 (depending on the employer)
GROSS, subject to tax and social security insurances
• NET pay of about ~EUR 1,700
• Nurse pays for his own accommodation (ranging from EUR 250 – 450
depending on the type of accommodation. This already includes
nebenkosten)
