• Restaurants and Bar operation grade 12 student – Restaurants
Operations, in the simplest terms, are various activities that are
carried out in a restaurant to run a business. These include all
activities involved in the preparation of food, customer service,
cleaning, purchasing raw materials, accounting, reporting, etc. Bar
operations is a licensed place where drinking of alcoholic beverages is
allowed. A large counter with show window containing bottles and
glasses from the centre of attraction. Large stools of comfortable
seating arrangements are also provided.
 My Future
• My goal is to reach my dream and what I want to be in the future
• My future if I’m going to be the owner of the one of the restobar or
coffee shop near the school.
• If I’m lucky I’ll become a businessman.
