Goto “ActFibernet app from the mobile, then open “My Wi-Fi Settings” tab
to start utilizing the feature of “Wi-Fi analyser app”
Below are the different results of “scanning” at different distance from the router
“Interfering Routers”
When clicked on “Interfering Routers” tab it will show all the interfering router details
Click on “View Neighbouring networks” to get all the neighbouring router details
for both 2.4GHz and 5GHz band
• It will show about router SSID, channel, width, band, and RSSI also it will indicate whether the
network is secured or open.
When clicked on “Optimize” button then it will give you the best channel lists with
channel rating
Click on “Login to Router” then it will take you to the login page of the router then
user can login with proper credentials and change the channel
“Best Wi-Fi spot finder”
Click on “Best WiFi spot finder” available on Home page to check the signal strength
based on the location of each room inside the Home
User can enable “Do not show again” option to skip the above steps and directly add the rooms
Now user can add rooms based on the location and measure the signal strength by tapping on
“Scan” button, after adding the rooms user can “Rescan” the signal strength
After clicking on “Finish” button user can see all the room info in a single page as
shown below
When user clicked on “Scan again” then it will go the rooms page to rescan the
signal strength as shown below
“Diagnose Your Home Wi-Fi”
Click on “Diagnose your Home Wi-Fi” to check the network status and speed
Click on “Network Test” tab to measure latency, jitter and packet loss of the network
Based on the results of “Network Test” it will show you whether the connectivity is
stable or Poor as shown in the snapshot
When user clicks on “Know More” button it will give some suggestion to get good connectivity
When you clicked on “Speed Test” button, it will take you to Speed test app to measure
wireless speed, Need to click on “Go” button to start measuring the speed.
