Problem Statement

• Manual Information is very difficult to retrieve as they have to go

through a ton of registers but in this case with just one click (PAUSE)
we can find all the related information about a Bikes that are
available for rent for example their bike information and vehicle
details with bike features and prices.
• Well in our case the transactions take place very quickly and no time
is wasted as all the data is stored very securely. Any changes made by
the admin or the bike owner are quickly updated in the user's login
who wants to rent the bike and the work is timeless.
Proposed System
 The web application has 2 modules which are the Admin and Client Side.
 The Admin Side or the Admin Panel is the part of the system which only admin
users can only access.
 The admin user is the one who is in charge of managing all the important lists
in the system such as the Motorcycle/Bike List.
 The Visitor/Client can browse and explore the bikes they desired to rent that
does the company has and submits their booking requests.
 In creating/booking the bike, the clients are required to register and login into
the system.
 Selected dates of the client for renting the bikes are being checked if bikes
have an available unit for the selected date.
 This project also generates printable datewise booking reports.
 In the report, the date ranges will only filter the bookings that have been
created within the selected date range.

Future Scope
In future, the project can be enhanced by making it
more interactive and by adding more features like
adding live tracking of ambulance and chat-bot to
assist the user about the interface.
Conclusion

• In the bike rental system, the outcome of all the hard work
done for a bike on the rent management system is here. It is
software which helps the user to rent bike.
• This software reduces the amount of manual data entry and
gives greater efficiency. The User Interface of it is very
friendly and can be easily used by anyone.
• It also decreases the amount of time taken to write details and
other modules. In the end, we can say that this software is
performing all the tasks accurately and is doing the work for
which it is made.
