• Altered mental state in SLE patients is largely caused by

NPSLE, a neurologic complication of SLE. Prompt steroid
treatment will be planned as a countermeasure.
• SLE treatment will be continued along with the management
plans for NPSLE and the other discovered problems.Lupus
Nephritis is a renal impairment that's commonly associated
with SLE. The diagnosis confirmation must be done by renal
biopsy.
• The anemia condition may be a side effect of azathioprine.
Other causes may include folic acid deficiency and/or
vitamin B12 deficiency. Haemolytic anemia is a possibility
albeit now with low percentage.
