Camping In The

Desert
 Beep beep! The horn of my father’s car
told us to hurry. Finally, my dad decided to
take us for camping. Amazed, amused,
excited, We went early to avoid the high
temperature of the sun. “What a great day!” I
thought to myself.
 The way was long. Wind howled a cross the heated desert. The green
palm trees blew in the breeze like a kite. The sky was bright blue like the ocean
and the sun was ball of fire. After sometime, we arrived to perfect place to camp.
Mum and dad set up our tents on. There were lots of birds and animals made
my soul feel really happy. We played a lot and had a great time then It got night
and I wanted to go to my tent to sleep.
 Hiisssssssss!!! ‘‘What was that?’’ I thought to my self.
Suddenly, without warning, a big snake leaped at Me. It’s teeth
directed at my throat. Like a lightning, I rolled away from it to the
side and the snake came tumbling to the floor. “Dad help!” I
screamed.
 Dad was ready Without thinking, he whipped out a small stick
and hit the snake. My heart was beating very fast. The shock
robbed me of speech. Thank god my dad was there. Next day
morning, we are all back to home thinking where will be our next
camping!
