INTRODUCTION
The report is written for the Head of Human Resource
Department of Kentucky Fried Chicken(KFC) to get
justice of the staff that work so hard but didn’t get their
claims and allowance. The staff are getting mad
because its already 3 months the problem happened.
FINDINGS
 The machine sometimes got problem and the
transaction took sometimes to proceed.
 Lack of rest and staff overtime work didn't get pay
enough.
 The staff sometimes feel hungry while they were
working and stress because don't have enough break.
Also, they lack of motivation to work because no
support from the employer.
 Claims and allowances didn’t receive on time.
 Didn't get pay enough for their overtime work and go home
late.
 Staff only get food allowance in small portion and
sometimes didn't eat at all because of the busy environment
and they didn't get promotion for their hardwork and that's
make the staff lack of motivation to work.
RECOMMENDATION
 Update a new system that can record the claims and allowance and do
the transaction early before the due date.
 Pay the staff extra bonus or money for their overtime work and let them
go home early so they rest more.
 Give staff food allowance according to the agreement they can add
some more quantity of food that they choose at the menu but the
portion is just the same and give promotion to the staff for their
hardwork and service of increasing the company sales.
