 To develop a self-sufficient 4-storey
residential building with the use of low-
cost materials which is a green
construction system that will provide a
sustainable and healthier environment
to the community of Biñan Laguna.
 To maintain the environment of the city
of Biñan Laguna healthy, peaceful,
developed and be a sustainable
community.
 To encourage other construction
companies outside of Biñan Laguna to
look into the proposed project and start
using low-cost materials which is the
green construction system in other
communities or places.
