At least half an hour every day.


Second ingredient

Alcoholic drink Water

With it you can clean your body every day.


Any beneficts  you can lose yout
memory.
You should drink at least one litre every day.
Tird ingredient

STRESS
-Comfortable place
-Pillow
-Bed
-In silence  some noise  we will be in tension  we couldn´t sleep.

At least eight hours every night.


Conclusion

These three ideas into practice:

-Active life.
-More water and less alcoholic drinks.
-More sleep and relaxation.
