Who should maintain
personal hygiene?
Everybody who enters a
production facility SHOULD have
basic personal hygiene.
E.g., Production staff,
Maintenance staff, Visitors,
Resource suppliers, etc.
Food Handling

• Maintain personal hygiene.
• Wear fresh and clean aprons, gloves, mask

• Before and after meals
• In-between glove changes
• After touching waste, etc
• Wear clean clothes and shoes and Do not share aprons!
