 Lack of courage to face danger, difficulty, opposition, or
pain.

 Leaders and workers – hesitate to admit mistakes or


objections

ideas and opinions

 A state of ease and satisfaction with
wants, or seeking freedom from pain
and anxiety

 Prefer the familiarity of the status quo

 To get out from the comfort zone be


willing to be uncomfortable & face

DANGER NO.8 - GRAVITY
 Force of attraction between masses in the universe

 Gravity is a force of uncertainty that unpredictably pushes


or pulls performance regardless of what a team does or
decisions that management makes

 Only way climbers counter gravity is luck
