WHAT ARE THE MOST
COMMON NECK INJURIES?.

Disc herniation
Spinal discs are soft tissues located between
each vertebra that provide cushioning and
protection for the spine. A spinal disc can
herniate when tissue begins to protrude from
the vertebrae, often due to a traumatic injury.
Once the disc is no longer supporting your neck
or back bones, you may experience pain and
discomfort.
Neck fracture
A neck fracture refers to the breaking of
bones in the neck area. This type of
injury can occur due to a sudden strong
impact.

Neck sprain
A neck sprain refers to injuries to the
tendons and ligaments of the head and neck
joints. These injuries are often caused by a
sudden traumatic jolt or twisting force to the
head and neck.
