Body parts of Birds and their function
Beak: Birds do not have teeth to chew. They have beak to hold grains

Eye: Birds have small eye and sharp vision

Wings: Birds have two


wings to fly.

Feather: Wings are covered with feathers.

Feathers are of 3 kinds:


- Down Feather: they keep body warm
- Body Feather: they give curve shape to body
- Flight Feather: they help birds to fly

Tail: Tail gives direction while flying

Legs and foot: Legs helps in hopping and foot (claws) helps in holding
things
