INTRODUCTION • The United Nations Industrial Development Organiztion(UNIDO), is a specialized agency of the United nations that promotes industrial development for poverty reduction, inclusive globaliztion and environmental sustainability. • UNIDO was established in 1966 and becomes a specialized agency of the United Nations in 1985.It has 173 Member States and is headquartered in Vienna,Austria, but operates worldwide.
