Though my profession is Architecture but I am very much fond of
baking so when I got this assignment and gave a thought to it. So the thing that striked me was lets do something that includes both my profession and passion. Since people these days are getting more fond of home baked stuffs with some sort of creativity , So I decided to make something edible and a holder for it. When I started collecting materials, I got confused since I had a time constraint and baking is something that requires time. But suddenly I found leftover cake in my kitchen and I decided to go ahead with it. Experience of making and selling:- Making something that’s my passion was really full of fun and a great experience together. But the task was the selling part. I do a lot of baking but not as a profession so selling that was a difficult task. The pricing decision than whom to sell, how to convince someone to buy that was kind of weird but a wonderful experience too. Once I was done with deciding the price I thought lets try selling it in the society itself. Since I was new to this place , I wasn’t even introduced to my neighbours. So randomly I rang bell of one flat and asked them if they are interested to buy this product. The lady was a bit confused so she asked me the price I said maam I can give it to you in 100 rupees. She gave a thought and finally agreed to buy. So the lady who bought this box of truffles was Mrs Pursuwani .
