 Project Scope

The GTMS is requesting proposals to build a web

application of a Goods Transport and management System
for their current system. This new GTMS needs to be
scalable enough so that it can accommodate the increase in
orders new system.
The system will be designed to provide an electronic
version of the Goods Transport and management System.
The system will have a user-friendly graphical interface and
will be more cost effective compared to the current non-
electronic version of the Goods Transport and management
System.

 The complete source code will be generated in
the PHP and DREAMWaver CS3 and database
managed in the MYSQL MANGER and some
other design tools are also used.
 Testing
Testing is a process to show the correctness of the
program. Testing is needed to show completeness, t
improve the quality of the software and to provide the
maintenance aid. Some testing standards are therefore
necessary reduce the testing costs and operation time.
Testing software extends throughout the coding phase
and it represents the ultimate review of configurations,
design and coding. Based on the way the software
reacts to these testing, we can decide whether the
configuration that has been built is study or not. All
components of an application are tested, as the failure
to do so many results in a series of bugs after the
software is put to use.
