• Slide # 10: Aims/objectives/scope
• Slide # 11-14: Methodology/experimental setup/theory
• Slide # 15-17: Results & Discussions
• Slide # 18-19: Conclusions
• Slide # 20: References

• Slide # 1: Title of seminar (the paper title to be
suitably modified/shortened), Details of presenter
• Slide # 2: Contents
• Introduction, Background information (1 or 2 slides)
• Literature Review
• Aims/objectives/scope
• Methodology/experimental setup/theory/case study
• Results & Discussion
• Conclusions (1 or 2 slides)
• References (1 slide) As per the reference style of
International Journal of Production Economics (IJPE) (for
any clarification refer sample report format) 2
PPT guidelines
• Presentation duration: 15 minutes
• Number of slides: 20 ideal (25 maximum)
• All slides must be numbered and there could
a title for each slide that reflects the contents
of that slide
• Animation to assist the explanation is
acceptable but, avoid distracting slide
animations or sounds
• Use Arial 24-36 size for text, larger fonts with
bold text could be used for titles/subtitles

• Matter in the form of bulleted text (no sentences with
more than 3 lines)
• All equations to be typed using Mathtype/equation editor,
etc.
• Figures/Graphs and tables must be numbered and
presented with title
• Table title – above table; Figure title – below figure
• All contents/figures taken from every source, including
websites must be properly cited and included in
references.
• When citing sources in PPT (author, year) format should
be as in IJPE (see the attached sample IJPE paper) 4
