History
Jiwa temple became the first site in Batujaya.

Jiwa Temple, is a collection of sites that


have been inhabited from prehistoric times
to the Hindu-Buddhist era. This ancient
building began to stand since the 5th or 7th
century AD which is coincided with the
1984 reign of the Tarumanegara

Travel route
if you are moving from Jakarta, you will travel as far as 60 km, after arriving in Karawang you
can drive your car up to Jl. Raya Baturaja which is in the Rengasdengklok area.Then you will pass
the Citarum River, in about 500 meters you will arrive at the Batujaya Temple Complex. Don't
worry about getting lost because access to the location is very easy, and can be traversed by
motorbikes and cars.After parking the vehicle you have to continue the journey on foot to the Jiwa
Temple area, by following the paved road
