The tablet roll out has been liked by 40% of participants

However the wait times for order delivery is 15 min + for the 54%

We will need to increase Kitchen staff to improve this metric


Next Steps
Only 16% of users signed up for Birthday Club celebrations

To increase sign ups for Birthday club, the following recommendations are
provided

1. Special coupons to customers if they join Birthday club


2. Add promotional content could be added to the menu-
for example a banner on every menu page
