• What if the oil in the floor remains?


• What if the workplace is clean?
• What if the fries on the floor isn't cleaned?
• What if chemical cleaners are near the preparation
area?
• What if the worker use ladder to put the box in the
storage?
• What if the worker is sleepy?
• What if the burger patty cooked for long?
• What if the knife isn't properly dispose in the
kitchen?
• What if the oven’s door still open while its
operating.
• What if the customer is angry?
Consequences
• The floor will be slippery that can slide the employees while
cooking .
• The workplace shall able to work properly and safe.
• It will put it in the container and it will contaminate the clean
fries.
• It will contaminate the utensils and food on serving and it’ll
cause harm to the employee.
• The employee will be safe carrying those heavy boxes.
• It is possible to harm herself with a knife while preparation.
• It will burn and will cause fire.
• It cause wound and bleeding to employees.
• It will cause fire and will burn the workplace.
• It can cause tension to the employee and will fight back him.
Comment

• Always clean the floor properly.


• Always clean the workplace to avoid any kind of
accident.
• Always cooked the fries properly to avoid waste of fries
in the floor.
• Put the chemical cleaner in the proper place to avoid
accident.
• Buy a ladder to put the ingredients in the food storage if
the employee can’t reach.
• Sleep early to avoid sleepiness or drink caffeinated drink
to make you awake.
• Secure the burger patty if its already to serve or need to
cooked properly.
• Put the knife in the knife shelves to avoid wound or
bleeding.
• Check the oven properly before using it.
• Have a patience when ordering because the employees
are humans too.
