Idea

● Provide a platform for labourers to find employment on a contractual basis.

● Employers can be small project managers /plant owners to Manufacturing
and service industry giants requiring any kind of contractual work.
● Central idea is to ensure that job opportunities are reached to the needy,
across various pertinent geographies.
● Continuous inflow of labors as required is ensured for the employer, who’d
offer us a certain percentage of commission for each labor.
Objective

● Objective seeks to connect the labourers to employers and ensure that

appropriate employment opportunities are mapped to the deserving
candidates for employment across various sectors.
● To increase the reach of labourers and present them with opportunities
beyond their local geography as per their skill set.
● The target population is reached through various mediums like phones,
localized advertisements across cyber cafes, newspaper vendors, giant
hoardings, kiosks and most importantly word of mouth.
Strategy
Backend Database for onboarding
● Chalk out all the industries and
job types seeking out labourers
● Map the job requirements to
various geographies, age type,
gender type and minimum
educational / skill set
requirement.
● Publish timely job advertisements
over various mediums of interest.
Platform maintenance & employee feedback
● Keep a count of the number of
vacancies filled and filter them out
based on urgency and availability of
jobs.
● Forecast availability of jobs based on
demand surges, skill-set and time
duration required to onboard
employees.
● Seek appropriate feedback based on
compensation, job satisfaction and
preference to work.

● Industry types: Real Estate, Retail, Construction Companies, Manufacturing giants,

FMCG Supply chain, Travel & Tourism, Automobile, Industry Equipment and
Machinery, Electricians, Technicians, Engineering Plants, Pharmaceutical and Life
Sciences, Electronic Components and Semiconductors, Brick & Mortar stores,
Supermarket Stores, Receptionist, Call centre jobs

● Medium of reaching out: Cafe service providers, Mobile Application, Website,

Newspaper Advertising, Word of mouth, personal SMS to labourers, Sales personals
at regional level to ensure marketing or offline help to labourers if required.
