WHAT IS CORONAVIRUS?
Coronaviruses are a type of virus. There are many
different kinds, and some cause disease. A coronavirus
identified in 2019, SARS-CoV-2, has caused a pandemic of
respiratory illness, called COVID-19.
Since the 2019 coronavirus is related to the original
coronavirus that caused SARS and can also cause severe
acute respiratory syndrome, there is “SARS” in its name:
SARS-CoV-2. Much is still unknown about these viruses, but
SARS-CoV-2 spreads faster and farther than the 2003
SARS-CoV-1 virus. This is likely because of how easily it is
transmitted person to person, even from asymptomatic
carriers of the virus.
TRANSMISSION
SAR-CoV-2 can spread through both direct
meanSARS-CoV-2 s (droplet and human-to-human
transmission) and by indirect contact (contaminated
objects and airborne contagion). As mentioned
before, person-to-person spread of SARS-CoV-2 is
supposed to occur mainly via respiratory droplets,
when a patient coughs, sneezes, or even talks or
sings. Droplets typically cannot traverse more than
six feet (almost two meters) and remain in the air
for a limited time COVID-19 can occur if a person
touches a surface contaminated with SARS-CoV-2,
and then the hands come into direct contact with
mucous membranes such as the eyes, nose, or
mouth . Thus, sufficient washing of hands with soap
WATCH FOR SYMPTOMS
People with COVID-19 have had a wide range of symptoms
reported – ranging from mild symptoms to severe illness.
Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus.
Anyone can have mild to severe symptoms. People with these
symptoms may have COVID-19:
1. Fever or chills
2. Cough
3. Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
4. Fatigue
5. Muscle or body aches
6. Headache
7. New loss of taste or smell
8. Sore throat
9. Congestion or runny nose
10. Nausea or vomiting
11. Diarrhea
SURVIVAL
How long can corona virus particles
surviv?

Research suggests that COVID-19 doesn't

survive for long on clothing, compared to
hard surfaces, and exposing the virus to
heat may shorten its life. A study
published in found that at room
temperature, COVID-19 was detectable on
fabric for up to two days, compared to
PREVENTION
Preventive measures include
physical or social distancing,
quarantining, ventilation of indoor
spaces, covering coughs and
sneezes, hand washing, and keeping
unwashed hands away from the
face. The use of face masks or
coverings has been recommended in
public settings to minimise the risk

What reduces social mobility?

Social mobility may be reduced in more

unequal countries because educational
scores are on average lower in less equal
countries and education improves
incomes more for those at the bottom of
the income spectrum than for those further up.
Stay away from the crowd
Learn to stay away from the crowd. Where do you find
yourself in the crowd and what do you think of staying in
that crowd? That maybe I would have been the most
different And he would have told himself the most unique.
But he probably would not have done that for him, you
have to live different from that crowd and live life.
Becoming alone from that crowd will have to do it alone.
This is true because it is the reality of life that everybody
should believe. And should implement it.
KEEP A DITANCE OF ABAUT 2 METER
Physical Distancing is the best way to help prevent the spread
of COVID-19.Keep at least 2 metres apart when around other
people. Wave, don’t shake hands and wash your hands often.
Whenever possible just stay home.Try to order your groceries,
household items and takeout online for delivery or curbside
pickup.
If you must go out for essential reasons like groceries or
trips to the pharmacy, ensure you stay at least 2 metres away
from others and follow any new safety requirements that may
be in place such as limiting the number of people allowed in
the establishment or standing in specific areas while waiting at
the checkout.
