Current Problems • Supervision on leadership • Accountability Mechanism enhancement • Disengaged teams • Marketing strategy is not effective • No proper JDs defined for executives • Lack of general member engagement • No information provision at the time of inductions • Lack of skills in all teams Solutions related to management • Monthly meeting of the core and executives in which they will discuss the team activities and engagements. • Discussion on feedback in monthly meetings. • Minutes of meeting must be recorded for every monthly meeting • General members should be engaged through team discussions on club policies and team monthly agendas. • Define the job description of every team and its executives Skill development Solutions • Introductory session to every team before inductions so people can choose right team. • Skill development programs for every team (mandatory for team members optional for other club members) • Weekly presentations on technical topics • Opportunity to change teams after 6 months. Team R&D Expectations • Connecting with department teachers to be up-to-date on departmental researches. • Work on skill development program in collaboration with every team to help them transfer these skills to the general members. • Work on Club’s magazine content collection • Documentation Core body suggestions
