If + simple presente + future with will/modal verb + infinitive verb

Example: If I buy an iPhone, I’ll buy some cool apps.

⦁ For improbable situations.
⦁ Form:

If + simple past + would + infinite verb

Example: If I had a lot of money, I would travel around the world.

⦁ For regrets over things that did/didn´t happen in the past.
⦁ Form:

If + past perfect (had + past participle) + would + have + past participle

Example: If I had known you were coming I would have baked a cake.
