Limited Government 

• The government only has the


powers that are granted to it by
the constitution and has to abide
by it, by all means.
• The government is only able to
do so much as it is limited
by checks and balances put
in place by the separation of
powers.
Separation of
Powers
• Separation of powers refers to the
division of powers into branches
of government, each with their
own responsibilities. These
powers are defined in the
Constitution.
• Article 2 of the United States
Constitution establishes the
Executive Branch, which consists
of the President. The President
approves and carries out the laws
created by the Legislative Branch.
•To Conclude, Article 2 and its 4 sections are closely related. In

Conclusion: the constitution, they say words like “disagreement“ and


“impeachment“, which directly correlates with the limited
government and separation of powers big ideas.
