to gain understanding as to why people leave.

WHAT IS AN EXIT INTERVIEW?

In human resource terms as exit interview is a


survey that is conducted with an employee when
he or she leaves the company.
WHY TO CONDUCT THE EXIT INTERVIEW

The purpose of an exit interview as to assess the


overall employee experience within your organization
and identify opportunities to improve retention and
engagement.
