INTRODUCTION
INVESTMENT:
1. Investment is putting money into something with the expectation of profit.
2. An investment involves the choice by an individual or organisation after some analysis or thought of
generating returns over a period of time.

DEFINITION:
Investment in terms of Business Management
According to business management theories, “investment refers to tangible assets like machinery and
equipments and buildings and intangible assets like copy rights or patents and goodwill”.

INVESTOR:
A person or organisation that puts money into financial schemes, property, etc.. with the expectation of
achieving a profit.

INVESTOR’S SATISFACTION:
3. Satisfaction is person’s feeling of pleasure resulting from comparing a product’s perceived
performance.
4. Investor’s satisfaction is achieved by making them happy by providing returns they are expecting from
the investment.

 NULL HYPOTHESIS (H0): The satisfaction level of the product is independent of the gender.

 After chi square analysis the result is

Table value = 5.99
INFERENCE:
 Since the calculated value (2.756) is less than the table value (5.99) at 2 degrees of freedom with 5%

level of significance, so the Null hypothesis is ACCEPTED.


 Thus, satisfaction level of product is independent of the gender.

 Interested in invest money in real estate(80%)

 Investment based on profit (94%)

 Real estate is best option for investors(70%)

 Real estate investment giving highest return(80%)

SUGGESTIONS:
 Having the feeling of high risk
 Liquidity is low
 Creating of awareness to be needed
 Instalments options are needed

CONCLUSION:
It can be concluded that Real estate is great investment option. For investors,
property investment is can give protection. Real estate can generate on going income
source. It can also rise value overtime and prove a good investment in cash value of the
home or land that you buy.
