American Classic Burger
• Ingredients:
• -300 Grams Minced Meat -Salt
• -1 Pieces of Tomato -Black Pepper
• -6 Pieces of Lettuce -Sugar
• -1/2 Clove of Onion
• -3 Pieces of Cheddar Cheese.
• -Butter
• -Olive oil
Step:
• 1. Caramelized onions. Heat olive oil, add chopped onion. When half wilted, sprinkle
with sugar. Keep stirring until the onions are wilted and brown.
• 2. Wash lettuce and tomatoes. Slice tomatoes.
• 3. Make meat balls weighing 100 grams each, then flatten to the size of a burger bun.
Sprinkle the top with salt and blackpepper.
• 4. Slice burger buns. Grill briefly on Teflon with butter until slightly browned. Remove
and set aside.
• 5. Grill beef with butter. The seasoned portion on the bottom. Wait a minute for the
bottom to solidify, then flip. Then season the top. Add the cheddar cheese sheet. Let
stand until the meat is cooked and the edges of the cheese are slightly melted.
• 6. Rub burger buns with thousand island. Arrange buns with lettuce, tomatoes, meat
and cheese, and caramelized onions.
And american classic burger is ready to be
served!
