diversification the investors want an adequate return on their investment as discharge
its obligation to various segments of the society only through earning of profit.

▪ Profitability is committed with various functional area of the management, so the

problem is to maintain profitability level at increase trend over a period of time.

▪ Restaurant sector is one of the leading industries in service sector .

▪ It is necessary to major the profitability of the organization which is affected by

various factors.
