Why Choose A Nursing Room?

Employee Promise: creating a safe and welcoming environment for employees to grow
within our company and community.

● Building a nursing room will create a healthy work environment for both new
mothers and other employees to strive.
● Promotes higher retention rates among new mothers.
● Supports a higher/boosted immune system among mothers and children.
● Creates peace of mind within the family.
In Conclusion

Main Priority: following through with our employee promise: creating a safe and
welcoming environment for employees to grow within our company and
community.

● Providing these programs and places to new mothers is only one small way we
intend to keep that promise and say “thank you”
● Giving back is something we feel is necessary to thank each and every one of
our staff.
