To create an impact in the lives of farmers by providing them required
infrastructure along with the required practical knowledge of new farming
initiatives.
Business Model
• A Separate Entity, preferably Private Limited Company to be formed ( SBK Agro Park Pvt. Ltd.)
• The Promotors of the Company shall be group of liked minded persons who shall contribute
equally towards the Share Capital of the Company.
• This Company shall primarily be like a farm management company involved in the end to end
activities of the agricultural value chain.
• The Main Aim of the Company shall be to promote Farming of non-perishable goods, Poultry /
Diary Farming, Agro Processing units, etc.
• The Company shall purchase sizeable quantum of land and develop the same to make them ready
for plantation.
• The Company shall offer the developed agricultural land to the farmers on Hire Purchase Scheme
or give them the same on lease for fixed period duration ( 5/10/15 years).
• At SBK Agro Park, training and encouragement shall be given for cultivation of herbs, spices,
livestock production ( Cow/ Buffaloe, Poultry and Fish), and plantations like betel nuts, coconut,
cashew, etc.
• The Company shall collectively purchase ( Buy Back) the agricultural produce of the farmers and
shall then store, pack, brand and market the same to help the farmers fetch better rates for their
produce.

Services offered by SBK Agro Park
1. Land, Water, Electricity
Farmers interested in subscribing to SBK Agro Park shall get piece of cultivable agricultural land with provision of
water and electricity. While Entrepreneurs who intend to start businesses of providing agro related services or
business shall get land, water and electricity from SBK Agro Park.
2. Loans
Capital mobilization is a challenge for Agriculturists and new entrepreneurs. SBK Agro Park shall tie up with
Financial Institutions Like SBK Bank for providing Financial Assistance.
3. Schemes
There are various schemes in place for Central and State Governments and various corporations to promote
initiatives in the field of agricultural value addition, food processing, dairy, poultry and animal husbandry.
Assistance will be provided by SBK Agro Park to complete the procedures required to avail the benefits of these
schemes.
4. Promotions
Promotions will be arranged through agro-industrial programs on various channels and print media including
newspapers and magazines to promote agri-food, animal husbandry and dairy industries. In addition, such
promotions will be given through social media, taking advantage of the infinite possibilities of the Internet.

5. Exhibition Hall
A Hall/ gallery will be set up at SBK Agro Park to showcase the products made by the companies in the Agro
Park, as well as Farm Produce/ Live Stocks of farmers.. Entrepreneurs as well as Farmers/ Cultivators can avail
this opportunity at low cost by participating in exhibition and marketing fairs directly at SBK Agro Park.
6. E-Market Place
With the growth of information technology, marketing methods are also changing. Using advanced
technology, SBK Agro Park shall make arrangements to market products of its subscribers through the
website of SBK Agro Park.
7. Common Marketing System
Common Marketing System will be set up to market the products and services of the Cultivators and
Entrepreneurs at SBK Agro Park. Common Platform shall be provided to all subscribers of SBK Agro Park to
help in marketing their products, services and Farm Produce.
Revenue Model of SBK Agro Park
• Income shall primarily be generated from the Agricultural Land that shall be
offered by SBK Agro Park to farmers either on Hire Purchase Scheme or on Fixed
Period Lease ( 5/10/15 years).
• Fees from Advisory services such as training, guidance, technical assistance, etc.
• Sale of Seeds, Saplings, Fertilizers, Pesticides, etc. to the Subscribed Farmers
though SBK Agro Park owned outlets
• Charges for Storage, Packing, Marketing of Farm Produce
• Market Sale of Farm Produce procured on Buy Back Scheme from Subscribed
Farmers
Buy Back Model of Agro Produce
• Formal Agreement Shall be made between the Subscribed Farmer and SBK Agro
Park which shall cover in depth the following areas:
 Market Provision: The farmer and SBK Agro Park shall agree to terms and
conditions for the future sale and purchase of a crop or livestock product.
 Resource Provision: In conjunction with the marketing arrangements, SBK
Agro Park shall supply selected inputs, including on occasions guidance and
technical advisory.
 Management Specifications: The farmer Shall have to make an commitment
to follow recommended production methods, inputs regimes, and cultivation
and harvesting specifications as laid down by SBK Agro Park to become
eligible for Buy Back Model of Agro Produce.

Water, etc. for the benefit of farmers / cultivators.
• SBK Agro Park shall also tie up with various agencies for
providing information on current technologies in
agricultural value added product manufacturing and food
processing.
• In addition, SBK Agro Park shall also encourage private
players in the fields of agricultural universities, research
institutes, food research institutes, poultry, dairy farming
and animal husbandry to set up Research & Development

buyers from local as well as outside Market at its
Marketing Hub for conducting Buyer Seller Meet
Program. Such Meets shall provide an opportunity to both
the parties of direct ‘One to One’ interaction. Thus the
Sellers at SBK Agro Park will get an opportunity of
selling their produce at their door step itself.
