Job Description :

-Report to QA Manager
-Responsible for all aspects of quality of raw materials to Finished Goods to customers, and ensure that
activities are in place towards quality assurance of parts to customers
-Coordinate the activity of incoming, in-process and final inspection
Carry out any test method as stated in the standards, of not specified in standards, prior approval from
customer to employ test method is obtained
Prepare the inspection standard with the respective customer
Responsible for corrective action and customer complaint system, compile warranty service claims
To prepare monthly quality report
To assist in preparation of customer and 3rd party audits
To carry out task as assigned by HOD
