infectious disease.
• Face Shield is an item of personal protective equipment (PPE),
aims to protect the wearer's entire face (or part of it) from hazards.
• Though the product is new but the quality and standard will surely
effective and safe.
• It is essential item now therefore all people will be the target

• Team BC Company founded in 2020 by young
entrepreneurs from Batangas City.
• The ‘’TEAM BC Company’’ name is came from the
team last name initials.
• Team BC Company is located at Batangas City.
• The company manufacturing face shield and hoping
to provide different health items in the future.
• It consists of 50 employees overall. There are 7
executive staff members and 43 employees work in
the company.

• CEO- Ms. Castillejos, who came up the wonderful idea and
who provide the half capital investment to the business.
• Business Partner- Ms. Cagas, invest 40% capital and who
has a good heart to provide protection to the people in
these times of pandemic. There is a big trust with each
other that’s why the business going successful.
• Secretary- Ms. Bucanegra, who’s trustworthy and helping
the CEO in the business.
• General Manager- Ms. Caguicla, assisting the owner to
manage the company well. She is in charged in overall
magement of the business.
• Financial Manager- Ms. Carandang, the financial advisor
who handles all the money in the business. She is very a
trustworthy person. She manages the payments of the
business and she always watches the sales and the
improvement of the business.
• Sales & Marketing- Ms. Cantos, she is in charged in Sales &
Marketing who make sure that promoting, selling and
marketing strategies are always effective, good and
appropriate.
• Production- Mr. Carag, Since he is the only man to the team,
he is in charged in doing the production and making sure
that the stocks are enough and good. He is dedicated that all
the products are in good conditions.

We are the startup company and looking forward
to earn good share of market, we have a great
strategies to give tough competition to our future
competitors. Currently our main competitor is
Hengde Faceshield from China.
