HADAMARD TRANSFORM

•The Hadamard transform is basically the same as the Walsh transform


except the rows of the transform matrix are re-ordered.
•The elements of the mutually orthogonal basis vectors of a Hadamard
transform are either +1 or –1, which results in very low computational
complexity in the calculation of the transform coefficients.
•Hadamard matrices are easily constructed for N = 2n by the following
procedure.
