Sample Case
Upon IMTF Assessment and Monitoring on the BCPC Functionality of San
Rafael, Zamboanga City, the following documents were presented to the
IMTF Members:
• Executive Order 2019-012 series of 2019 “Re-Organizing the BCPC of San
Rafael, Zamboanga City” (Remarks: No Kap signature)
• Resolution Adopting Additional Membership including VAW-Desk, SK and
CSOs; 2 Child Representative were duly appointed by the BCPC Chair
• Three BCPC Quarterly Meetings conducted, with Minutes and
Attendance, Notice of Meeting
• 60% of the total issues identified were addressed
• 12 out of 21 BCPC Members attended the Meeting in all quarter meetings
• 13 out of 21 BCPC members submitted and presented copy of their
Capacity-development/Training
• With updated Barangay Profile (CBMS), data on children incorporated
• State of the Children Report incorporated in SOBA, not separate SOCR
• No presented Local Development Plan for Children
• No accomplishment based on LDPC
• With Annual Work and Financial Plan, duly received by CSWD and
DILG
• 2 out of 5 activities were implemented based on the AWFPC
• 5 Resolutions presented related to children
• 3 advocacy activities conducted
• 1% from Barangay IRA allocated for JJWA under OMOE (AIP
presented, approved)
• Php25,000.00 out of Php 71,000.00 BCPC budget was utilized
• With folders of cases
• With referral system in place
• With interventions to CNSP
• With CICL and CAR registry
• With Comprehensive Local Juvenile Intervention Program/Diversion
