Performing detector calibration

Siemens 는 calibration mode 3 가지
1. CONTACT mode -> 일반 2D 촬영모드
2. MAGNIFICATION mode
3. TOMOSYNTHESIS mode

Calibration 시행할 때 detector 의 온도가 70 이 넘으면 안된다 .

• 40mm plexiglass 판을 전체 이미지 영역에 둔다 .

• TOMO calibration 은 contact calibration 이 끝난 이후
시행해야 함 -> contact calibration data 를 기반으로
tomosynthesis calibration 한다고 추정
• C-Arm 은 0 도로 맞추고 패들 제거

X, Y 방향의 기하학적 정확도 / Z 방향의 분해능 평가 – QC test

Geometric accuracy test
* 목적 : 각 slice 마다 geometrical lengt 의 mapping 의 충실도 확인
*Object: test phantom
* 방법 :
* 유의사항 : 결과는 object 크기는 위치상 높이에 따라 큰 변화를 보이지
않는다 . 측정된 팬텀 사이즈는 0.1mm 이하로 길이가 잘 맞아야 한다 .

Visual limiting resolution in tomosynthesis plane test

* 목적 : reconstructed image 의 시각적 공간 해상도를 다양한 높이에서
확인
*Object: bar pattern phantom
* 방법 : PMMA 10mm, 30mm, 50mm 의 높이 별 공간해상도 측정
* 유의사항 : 팬텀과 디텍터 사이의 거리가 매우 큰 경우에만 결과에 작은
영향을 미친다 .
