About OSC

 OSC specializes in providing IT-enabled services to overseas organizations - we support management


and administration processes. We add value to our customer's operations by offering high quality, skilled
and dedicated people to support business processes in a consistent and customer-focused way.

 We provide support for IT, finance and other business services processes to Clifford Chance via Global
Shared Services Centre (GSSC). Located in Gurgaon, Delhi, we were established in early 2007 and as a
company are growing rapidly. We are based in the newly-built Vatika Towers facility which will allow room
for ongoing expansion.

 We add value to Clifford Chance's operations by providing high quality, skilled and dedicated personnel
to support certain business services processes in a consistent and customer-focused manner.

 We work with our customers on 142 processes, including:


• Finance and AccountsInvoice payments and processing, expense payments and processing, client enquiries.

• IT: Applications development and support, Packaging, Online services and IT administrative tasks.

• Knowledge Centre

• Business Support Research and Publication unit

• Project Manage and Continuous Improvement

• Support services – HR, Training, Facilities, Finance and IT

 Goals / Service Level Agreements: The goal setting of each new hire to be completed within 2
weeks of joining to link with confirmation evaluation, post 3 months of probation. The KRAs (Key Result Areas) or
goals to be assigned basis the roles and responsibilities parameter of the position
