We provide support for IT, finance and other business services processes to Clifford Chance via Global
Shared Services Centre (GSSC). Located in Gurgaon, Delhi, we were established in early 2007 and as a
company are growing rapidly. We are based in the newly-built Vatika Towers facility which will allow room
for ongoing expansion.
We add value to Clifford Chance's operations by providing high quality, skilled and dedicated personnel
to support certain business services processes in a consistent and customer-focused manner.

Goals / Service Level Agreements: The goal setting of each new hire to be completed within 2
weeks of joining to link with confirmation evaluation, post 3 months of probation. The KRAs (Key Result Areas) or
goals to be assigned basis the roles and responsibilities parameter of the position
Client Orientation : Being a captive the client orientation level needs to be at the level of Clifford
Chance
Job Enrichment: Job enrichment is an attempt to motivate employees by giving them the opportunity to
use the range of their abilities beyond current position to appreciate the continuous improvement process
Document Management: A computer system (or set of computer programs) used to track and store
