INTRODUCTION

• Learning is the multifarious job ,which the child start soon after the
birth and continue throughout the life till the death the child learn fast
at the home and in the safe environment.
• The activities the child will learn by himself during his childhood.
DEFINITION

• Learning is ‘any relatively permanent change or modification of


behaviour that result as a result of practice or experience’.

• ‘It is an episode in which motivated individuals attempts to adopt his
behaviour so as to succeed in a situation which he perceives as
requiring action to attain goal’

EXPERIENCE

It is lesson one learns as a result of or from his/her interaction with


people in various and varied situation and/or with the environment.
WHAT IS LEARNING EXPEREINCE ? 

• It is defined as deliberately planned experienced in selected


situations, where students actively participate, interact, and which
result in the changes of behavior in the students.
OBJECTIVES OF LEARNING EXPERIENCE

In educational program, the teacher should make an effort to provide


appropriate experiences both in hospital and in community health
field, to the learners so that the change in the behaviour of the learner
take place in the right direction as outlined in the objective of the
program.

• Remember that as a management function, organization involves
identification and grouping of activities to be performed along with
establishing of authority, responsibility and relationships. In organising

• Once the learning experience are carefully selected on


the basis of desired objective and guidingprinciples.

serve maximum benefit to the learner.

and activity )under subject heading is a traditional
method.

the various courses and clinical experience Which need to include
in1st, 2nd,3rd,4th year of B.Sc nursing curriculum.

nursing subject which they would learn in second year and third year.

on basic of said principle and should be placed in successive year of
the curriculum to be effective .
