1.Research on consumer buying habits/taste in accordance with the market




 

Survey about customers preferences about purchasing.( what they like or dislike) Make a simple questionnaire in a creative manner. Ask opinions about the collections in short form. Collect customer data . Analyze consumer trends and habits in progress.

3.Work out on Clarissas performance and improvement


 

 

Set KPI for one month. Work out on mention points in KPI like customer services, VM, sales, brand standard etc. Keep observing performance or improvement. To help in building confidence and more open with the customers.

4.Sales comparison of 2 weeks before and after 23th march




Compare sales for 2 weeks before and after the VM persons came and changed in VM. Detailed analysis of the report and figure out the differences or any positive changes or any impact on the sales.

5.Sales comparison of 2 weeks before and after sale period




Compare data before and after the sale period. Does SALE make any differences in sales figures? Analysis the data and get proper conclusion to rethink plan of action.

6.Seek new opportunities in mall about marketing for Bianco




Various Mall management marketing strategies. What can we do about Bianco in terms of mall marketing strategies? Find out marketing opportunities with zero or less investment.

7.Formulating new Marketing strategies for Eid from mall management.




Find out what are the plans of mall on Eid period? What we can do for Bianco? How can we do marketing on Eid period? What are the unique things that could create a difference during this period distinguishing Bianco from other brands ?

8. Competitors analysis


Main competitors of Bianco(Aldo,Spring,Nine West) Researching details about competitors. Compare Bianco with competitors on all factors well. Create the analysis of the data or report and find out where we are lacking?

9. Seeking more In store marketing opportunities




Make store more lively & cheerful. Can we change in store structures or lay out? Strategy of using Music- more energetic, and Musiclively. Can we make any slogans or spread massages through A4 graphics or any other printed materials?

10.Find out about local media sources for marketing




Find out any advertising agency.( Hyper sun Media. Dubai Media City, Building 5, Office 209 T. (04) 3903940) Contact them and find out how we can use them in terms marketing to create brand awareness ?

11.Conduct more staff training


 

Seeking new training opportunities for staff. Make staff standard more than expectations by providing them different training. Allow more participation & opportunities for staff to take action on store improvement & create self awareness among all towards profit of the brand.
