Challenge: Distributed Teams

 Post-it based Kanban is not ideal for distributed teams

 Bell Mobility is using a dedicated video camera to show a


physical Kanban to distributed members

 However, the remote members have a more difficult


experience than the local ones

 Hence, most Bell Canada teams are using instead JIRA

 Create Project (explain default issue types + workflow)

 Create users – linked to Bell AD
 Find project in project list – View all projects
 Board and project are identical as there is only one workflow
 Create story – Create Task – Create Sprint – Start Sprint – Assign Point
