UN Climate Change Conference 2009 (COP15) in Copenhagen




UN Climate Change Conference 2009 (COP15) in Copenhagen, Denmark, December 7-18, 2009. Strengths and weaknesses of the UN system for dealing with climate change were highlighted by the process leading to the Copenhagen Accord. Agree that deep cuts in global emissions are required. Adaptation to the adverse effects of climate change and the potential impacts of response measures is a challenge faced by all countries.

Obtaining ISO 14001 not a confirmation of success, but fail to achieve it will guarantee failure in future EMS also focus on continuous improvement Cost is the main reason SMI not involve in ISO 14001 SMI should not focus only on local market
