Track and trace #
 Proces
• When make ordre in e-conomic
• When select delivery delivery terms ”WMS”
• We will use API from e-conomic to handle this process
• WMS import this and handle this
• When send in WMS the track and trace number is send back
• Track and trace number will be stored in delivery terms with
”xxxxxxxxx” and overwrite the ”WMS”
• Order can now be invoice in e-conomic
 Setup of connection e-conomic
• Go to warehouse integration
• Select new integration(+)
• Select e-conomic
• Select Token – type information to get Token
• Save token
• Insert name of ”Delivery Terms” = ”WMS”
• Click sync new orders
• Running every 30 mins

Create Token

Select e-conomic
integration and click
token for connect
 Estimates
• Generate e-conomic token for each customer: 8 hours
• Sync Order from e-conomic to wms (include product, contact) – using
API from e-conomic: 40 hours
• Sync Order from wms to e-conomic with track and trace# - using API
from e-conomic: 60 hours
• Run auto sync script: 4 hours
• Test & Fix: 30 hours
•
