 General Instructions for parents

 Students should attend the online classes with proper school

uniform and school ID card.
 Students should keep all books and copies in front of them during
the class according to the class routine.
 Necessary stationeries should be with them too.
 Please keep the room silent and isolated.
 Please buy mobile data in your child's smart phone for backup
internet support.
 Laptop/tab should be fully charged before the class starts.
 Please upload / change the profile picture of your Whats App
profile with your child's photo in school uniform. This is
necessary to familiarize students with the teachers easily.
 In your WhatsApp profile, go to setting option and change the
profile name as Student’s Full name.(Example: Ramin Aisha
Nawar).
 Please open a Gmail account on student's full name (Example:
sarahreaz@gmail.com) . It will be required for online class.
Rename it If you already have created the gmail account, please.
 Please arrange necessary devices (Desktop/Laptop/Tab) for
your child to attend uninterrupted online classes.
 Attendance will be taken in every scheduled classes.

 List of absent and late students will be published in the

whatsapp group.

 Teachers will send the class code for google classroom. All you
need is just to go to google classroom and type the code and
join the room.

 For worksheet/homework, students will upload the picture of

the copies in the google form.
 Teachers will monitor the classes the way teachers want, so please
have patience.

 Teachers will mute all the students while taking the class and
unmute one by one when required, so the students will raise hands
if they have any query.

 Regular parents’ meeting will be conducted as usual.

 1 four lined exercise copy 60 pages ( brown) - Islam
 1 square lined exercise copy 160 pages( blue) - Maths
 1 single lined exercise copy 60 pages (deep orange) -

 2 Lab copies 60 pages ( purple):
