Course Description


This course covers a wide range of subjects pertaining to problem in growth and development, such as: Study of development perspective which has something to do with domestic & international policies and issues affecting the countrys development plans and programs. The course will also provide students and government the opportunities to learn and reconcile government development goals & of the concerns of the various stakeholders of the society.

Competencies


The course is designed to provide student in government the knowledge and awareness needed to analyze the various issues and problems related to economic development of a country; Specifically, it aims to addressed the following:
1. To provide knowledge to students in government on the environment of socioeconomics development and how it affects local and global forces. 2. To provide students in government the avenue to interact and analyze issues and problems related to governmental policies in economic development.
