Every hospital needs an online system where it can accommodate the patients comfortably and avoid any confusion to the doctors regarding their work. The system is categorized under insurance policy and non policy holders so that the system helps the hospital management to claim bills from concerned insurance companies. It is useful to record the patient details with their complaint.
The system also records inpatient and outpatient details and arranges appointments of doctors. The system also provides the management reports like schedules, appointments, discharges, insurances. It also generates bills dynamically for the discharged patients. MediTracker thus ensures smooth operation of the hospital management tasks as well as offering facility to the patients.
Current system is a manual one in which users are maintaining ledgers, books etc to store the information like Inpatients details, outpatients details, appointments of doctors etc.. It is very difficult to maintain historical data. More manual work is needed to generate any reports and it is tedious to maintain large amount of historical data. Lot of confusion may occur due to number of different type of staff members and patients.
Proposed system is a software application which avoids more manual hours. This application keeps the data in a centralized way which is available to all the users simultaneously. No specific training is required for the employees to use this application. The proposed system also provides security for the patient details as a result, there will be no chance to know the patient details regarding their health details.

Administrator logins into his own page and can perform the work features of every user. Each user activity can be viewed by the administrator. Doctor can login into his own page and can view patients, appointments. He sends the test details to lab and he can view the test report. Manager is responsible for viewing the details of doctors, patients, rooms. He can also perform the discharges of the concerned patients.
Accountant is responsible for calculating the bill details and he can view the discharge details of the patients. He can also view the management reports. Lab reporter can view the patient details, test details and is responsible for sending the test report to the doctor. These are the specified modules and the concerned tasks performed by them.
